Spires, red bricks and traffic!!!

Returning from town this morning, having done the shopping. B  was driving and I took the pic, so no rules broken.

We went to B&Q to return the kitchen tap which sprung holes and sprayed water. The purpose of returning it was to provide the company with feedback on the quality of the product. I wasn’t looking for a refund or anything, but was interested to hear what the response would be.

Well I would give them 2 out of 10, I don’t think that the staff are taught about customer service or satisfaction. I kept my cool, but I can well see why people get cross. One of my sewing friends works part time for the company, so I will enquire as to what their policy is.

Next stop Morrisons for the things that I get from them every 6/8 weeks.

The plan for this afternoon was a F/T session with A and the children. We should have been meeting up in London, but we’re relieved that the trip was cancelled as A tested positive for Covid this morning. I would have had a long day in London on my own, had I set out as originally planned.

The F/T session had to be abandoned as there were technical problems, we will try again tomorrow.

The day has passed quickly.
