Wide Wednesday

Last morning with Betty and no walk because Annie took her! I got up to a silent house. Annie started work and I got ghost coffee ready at 10.00 and we had toast and marmalade and then she took me home!

Put the washing in and then walked up to get my lift to FABS. My first for three weeks and some new exercises. We were taught four tango steps today with appropriate tango music!

This picture was taken whilst walking for my lift. I don’t remember seeing the mural before and I have no idea what it is all about!but I do quite like the pale purple colour!
