Letterbox Fail

After yesterday's success replacing the catflap, which fit the old hole perfectly, today's mission didn't go so well.  Our letterbox needed replacing as the spring had gone and one of the draught excluding bits had fallen off.  Sadly the new letterbox is about 2mm wider than the old one so the door will need some surgery to fit it.  That will have to wait for another day...
