Dispersion

A bit of a swell on the lake made ripples that radiated out as the water rebounded off the rocks. At a certain point along the shore the semi-circles crossed over one another making patterns like a spirograph.

It was cloudy, but the sun broke through illuminating a spot on the surface. Exposing for the highlights left most of the image dark. Using a luminosity mask and negative dehaze I was able to bring out some detail in the shadow.

I think it makes an interesting image, full of mystery.
