started the morning off with a 90-min deep tissue massage at exhale spa in dallas. followed that promptly with a facial. ohmygosh. it was the best massage i've ever had and i'm not stranger to massages. if you're in the dallas area, i highly recommend Debbie Ide at exhale. she'll treat you right. i didn't realize how immobile my left trapezius/scapula was until she was trying to move it.

it was wonderful. words cannot even describe. i needed that. this feels like a mini vacation where i can slowly move from place to place....
sure, i'll sit in the sauna for five minutes.. okay, i'll take four showers. oh, a two hour nap? yeah. i'll have three.
i feel relaxed and exhausted all at once... but most of all, i feel at peace. this feels right. i'm in a good place. i've been praying fervently and i feel like i'm right where i'm supposed to be.
