Rowan berries …

I’d picked some to put in the compost, but I’ve just been reading that you can make jams, jellies, sauces & vinegars with them. I don’t think I’ve ever come across any of them.
I’m enjoying some UK made jams at present; no sugar or sweetener at all.

I went to Craft Group at the Lodge this morning, the first time in weeks. It was so nice to catch up with people again, with social distancing built in. Our local Omicron figures are still high.

And for lunch, my dear daughter brought the ingredients for soup (low histamine) and then we enjoyed soup here together. Isn’t she a blessing. I could get used to this!
And yes! More health progress today - that’s another blessing.
