10 miles of epic trails

After work today we hit the trails and they were in much better condition despite the cold we are having. The ice had melted in most spots and only the last 3 miles were really snowy and icy. We hit 'The Toe', 'Sidewalk' 'The wolf track' and the 'Teddy bears picnic', luckily no bears today! Good run and Adam did great as this was his first serious trail run with nearly 2,000ft elevation change.

Still 6 weeks until marathon! 3 weeks until end of season and 2 week until I revisit hospital for head injections. I went on Wednesday and they had run out of what ever stuff they put in me. As good as my hair looks now it is upsetting to say it is falling out again but slower... so I guess just keep battling it. I have another $150 worth of crap to help. On top of immigration wanting another shed load of money its safe to say im in financial need. Not in any debt, but just need more than I can get... I have been hitting the drawing board hard..
