Do your lateral flow!

I popped in for my X-ray today and didn’t give lfts a thought, so I had to do one, which I did but they called me as soon as we’d put on the 10 minute timer. The Radiologist called me in, I said I was waiting for lft, ah he said come on, I did one yesterday and he was happy with that and we both had masks on. Couple of X-rays then off we went. Pulling out of the hospital car park and the 10 minutes alarm went off!!
On the way home we popped to Talbot Valley, it was a lovely light. Now home, have coffee and 40 winks before washing is dry - then Cook tea. Chinese fake away tonight.
