Who's driving you car?

The vehicle was parked outside the hospital entrance. A bit unnerving!
I saw this headline on the BBC website: "More Nato weapons needed to save lives." I would suggest this is an oxymoron, if I knew what that meant.
The quote does put me in mind of the book The Weapon Shops of Isher by AE van Vogt. It's a science fiction story, where the shops only sell defensive weapons...
