Late to the Party

Many years ago, I used to make bread occasionally. More recently, I’ve made bread using a small machine. A friend was kind enough to give me some of her sourdough starter recently and today I had my first attempt at baking sourdough bread. The dough was a little wet, so it spread, but it rose well and was a good taste and texture, so I’ll definitely try again.
