Getting creative

Getting an Oddbox delivered full of fruits and veggies is making me think a little bit more about recipes. Today was pasta, leek and parsnip pasta, with crispy Parmesan baked parsnip peel on top. Good job I’m only cooking for me!

A good, productive day in the office, getting my ‘to-do’ list finished before breaking up tomorrow.

We have booked a little place in Wales to make up for Nice. Bulliblips kindly sent me a video of a fresh baguette this lunchtime so I had to then go and buy an M&S one for lunch. Very much not the same.
