Snapdragon Snap

The antirrhinums in my Mothering Sunday bouquet are still going strong. This one was catching the early evening light. I'm quite fond of these flowers, when I was a child we used to feed their 'bunny mouths' with rice. I used to grow and sell lots for summer bedding.

I took Ollie dog for a walk in the high wind hoping to go up Cat Lane to Parndon Mill but I discovered that my welly has sprung a leak so couldn't make it to the footbridge over the river. :(
