Margaritas with friends

Out with some friends that are neighbors for a 4PM margarita at a Mexican restaurant close by.    We have not seen him since before the pandemic but she and I meet and have the book club meetings too.    Nice to catch up a little.  Thought we could sit out on the deck but it was 70 degrees F and TOO hot in the sun.   Inside, the music was much too loud and we were the oldest people by at least 50 years.  But the margaritas were excellent!   (H had a beer) 

Got my 2nd shipment of Good Catch plant based seafood today (on sale) so thought I’d report that we liked each one…..they don’t all taste the same…you can take it out of the freezer and have it ready in 10 minutes, (for people who hate cooking) AND you can compost the packaging.   Well, they won’t take it in Seattle, but the corn stalk based forms in the box dissolve easily in water and you can safely put them down the drain, they say,  or (as I will do, pour them on the garden)  They would compost themselves in a landfill in 60 days.   The dry ice just melts.
