Bracing

The lake was very choppy today, whipped up by a strong bracing wind. Waves crashing against the rocks. Maybe not quite like the ocean, but for an inland still water, there was a bit of drama. A dark sky let through a few spots of sun creating an almost metallic look to the water surface. I used a fast shutter to freeze the action, adding to the other worldly feel of the image.
