... And bracks? Anyway, this (just off behind my One Street) is something I noticed over the fence while walking down to my Katoomba clinic. I just liked the shapes and lines, and thought it might look nice in B&W.

Oh! And how about this? Concerning precedent for photographers comes from Perth judge's verdict. Photography teacher, in a public space, taking the occasional photograph - with no attempt to conceal his actions. Someone takes umbrage at being photographed (though as mentioned in the link, she had no problem being seen in public dressed however she was...), and because that person took offense at his actions, he was found guilty of disorderly behaviour.
