This is not a recent photo - just one from my emergency bag.  I have been busy helping my daughter try to buy her first house.  It is challenging as buyers from California come into the State and pay cash after selling their homes for heavily inflated prices.  The market for homes is tiny in Albuquerque, as none were built during the pandemic.
