Flower Friday

Tulip leaves loosen up sufficiently to peek inside.

Went for a swim at 8.15. The air was cool but the sky was bright. Quiet en route and quiet in the slow lanes. Chose Lane 2 as The Pacesetter was there and she maintains a good, even speed. I got out after 25 mins feeling I had worked hard leaving P to complete her 45 min swim.

A & I walked in Roundhay Park which was very pleasant. Back home I put out two rows of Broad Beans plants and protected them with the new cloches.

We learnt from a Neighbourhood Whatsapp group that a Vixen and her 5 or 6 tiny cubs have been spotted playing in a local garden.

I wonder when they will visit us!
