Slush

It snowed a little at night, but it had turned to rain quite early and it rained heavily in the morning. I don't have the rain gauge out, but official figure in Tampere was about 14 millimetres between midnight and noon. It had made slush out of the snow and ice that was left on the roads despite all the ploughing on Tuesday, and a very thick layer of slush on the roads that still had snow from before that. So I knew what to do in the afternoon! I hope this was the last ploughing before next winter.
