Doggie playtime

Phin had a 6 month health check this morning and was given a clean bill of health, phew! My friend Susan came over for lunch with her dog Scoobie before we headed to the newly opened dog park. We met up with another friend Jenny and her dog Skye. The three of them had a great time running about after the balls we’d taken with us and the 30 minute slot passed really quickly. Might need to book for longer the next time. Even the intermittent snow/hail showers didn’t dampen their enthusiasm.

Back to the house fir a hot drink and a slice of chocolate cake Susan had brought round. But if chat around our trip to the states in the summer before the ladies left and Phin crashed on the sofa.

Leftover pork casserole with fried rice for dinner and I’m now vegging on the sofa with a glass of wine. Happy weekend everyone.
