The Land

The kids have been desperate all day to arrive at ‘the land’, and were delighted when they did - with the cats (I think they are going to be ceaselessly persecuted stroked for the next few weeks!), with the space, with the rocks (they spent a long time in the ‘crater’ (a hole dug for a future septic tank) mining for quartz… see extra for their resulting levels of cleanliness), and with their ‘treasure boxes’ from last time they came - three years ago.

I would have posted a picture of the cat with 8 remaining lives (if you follow mum or dad you’ll understand) but I suspect Allegra will do that - she’s had to go to bed so will blip tomorrow!
