Bitterly cold and windy day. After a lovely breakfast at the hotel we headed off to find the 'diddly squat' farm shop. Arrived just after it had opened and already busy with queues. Next stop was Chipping Norton, where, after a quick walk around the main streets, we took shelter from the weather in a cafe.
After a picnic lunch in our hotel room, we spent a few hours at Birdland in Bourton-on-the-water, which had a great variety of unusual birds, as well as favourites such as penguins and flamingos.
