Flight of the Spoonbills

I had an offer today to go with V1k1 and Ed to hunt down some Royal Spoonbills, we were walking around the bay on the cycle track when Ed  spotted some white birds which meant a walk over the mud flats.
As we gingerly made our way towards the white birds it soon became evident that we had found our target and we then had to edge our way closer taking Blips as we went.
Then for some reason they decided to take flight and although a little frustrating it was a good opportunity for the Blip.
