A trip to Glasgow

I’d a day in Glasgow today for a meeting of a charity I’m involved with. The train down was quiet, and I’d time for a walk down Buchanan Street (blip ) and then through Glasgow Green before the meeting. The extra is the People’s Palace in Glasgow Green which is a museum which I’ve yet to visit.
A lovely day and a useful meeting only slightly spoilt by a packed train home. Only 3 carriages in the middle of the holidays : standing room only for some folks and a very uncomfortable trip in a mask. No doubt Nicola S will tell us that things will improve now the Goverment have nationalised Scotrail.
