Shepherding

I was out earlyish this morning. The farmer was too.  He was taking three sheep with their newly born lambs off the moors. The first set was easy but the sheep aren't as daft as they look and there was some hiding behind his truck to be done to catch all of them. I've never seen a shepherd's crook in use before. The farmer was pretty nifty with it - and gentle.
