We came back early from Worcester to ensure Emma gets to her friend's wedding on time.  After dropping off our bags we went for a walk, separately, Ann for her long, fast one, me for a more sedate one.  I took a walk along the canal from Timothy's Bridge Road. There is more natural destruction and demolishing along the way, presumably for yet more houses.

The female of the pair of swans who live on this stretch of the canal is oblivious on her nest, at least it is more peaceful on the other bank where she is.

In the extras, Raff is learning to stand with help from his trolley whilst being watched by Ann and Luna.
