Grin or grimace?

I ran a Lakeland Trail race today, from Hawkshead.  Andy took the photo as I ran the very nice level path alongside Lake Windermere before going up the mile-long hill known as the Coffin Road.  (Do not be fooled by the fact that there is no-one else in sight - I was definitely not in the lead, but I was not last either!)
