ON THE TIP OF ITS TONGUE

A coal tit who's just found what looks like a tasty insect to eat. The extra is a pair of gorse shield bugs getting on with Spring activities (!) despite the chilly breeze that stopped most other insects from making an appearance. I'm looking forward to the warmer temperatures that I've seen forecast for later in the week.
