Blue Sky!

Back to work and back on the bike! Good to see endless blue sky as I passed the transmission station in the direction of Harecroft.

Well done to yearofhappy and Corinthian's daughter A for competing in the Skipton Triathlon yesterday, hats off to them!

Ps Tony has just arrived home from the first day of his Cookery Course at Betty's Cookery School in Harrogate. Look what he brought home! I'm also sorted for my tea tomorrow night: vegetable soup followed by chicken wrapped in Parma ham with sautéed courgettes, crudités and cous cous!
