Reunited...
Backblip
Lola and Lily are delighted to be reunited :-) They play so well together. The difference in size makes no odds, with Lily giving as good as she gets! :-))
L and Lily joined David and Lola on their morning walk on the moor. Lily's little legs must work so hard to keep up with Lola!
When they returned we had lunch then L took Anna and Faith to the park followed by a local walk where they met and got to pet some very beautiful ponies. They also bought me a beautiful bunch of roses.
While they were gone David nipped to the driving range, Sharon took the opportunity to grab a nap and I went to the studio and painted my first ever acrylic seascape. It's VERY basic but it's a start and although a bit intimidated by the medium at the start, I am relaxing into it and think I am going to enjoy it very much. Totally different from watercolour but it's the differences that make each medium appeal to me.
After dinner the girls entertained us by singing songs in Gaelic. Faith was a bit shy and kept saying we all had to be silent before she would sing so we were silent....and so was she...so one of us would speak to tell her to hurry up and she would yell Shhhhhhhhhhh! and on it went until we all dissolved in laughter.
Eventually Anna took over and sang a lovely song and two more, with Faith eventually joining in. They both have lovely singing voices and I am sure when they are older they will sing beautifully together, maybe at the Mòd.
Once the girls were in bed L was again able to watch the Master with D. He has got the hang of the rules and scoring and is enjoying it, much to S's delight! Not :-)))
As you can see in the extra, Lola and Lily were exhausted by the day's activities and each other's company :D
