Another Chiffchaff

Huge thanks for yesterday's response to my 3000th blip, I will get round to thanking you all individually.  What a community.

JJ went up to golf this morning so I walked down to the river and then extended my walk back by going along part of the old railway line.  

I was really pleased to see this chiffchaff low down in the hawthorn on the railway line and it didn't seem too bothered by me.  They are usually singing high up in the trees and constantly on the move.

On the way home I was really disappointed to see someone out with their dog and letting it run amok amongst the crops without a thought to the nesting birds.  Unfortunately I was too far away to say anything.
