This is Earl Hoot

This guy wasn’t loud, obnoxious or in-your-face to anyone passing by. He simply said all he had was 95 cents and needed a little more in order to get something to eat. He displayed his coins in the hopes that someone would ask about them. I gave him some money, asked him if I could take his picture and asked him his name. He said his name was Earl Hoot and said he was “one of the hoot owls.”
