Yogic goose

After a day of domestic goddessness, I took the boys to their music lessons and spent my free 20 minutes between dropping off Son2 and collecting Son1 visiting my feathered friends at Shottermill Ponds. There weren't many fowl around and those that were seemed pretty chilled including this one who was doing a little yoga (I believe this pose is called the backward-facing goose).
