The Pigeon Man of Dublin

Apparently his name is Daniel and originally from Germany, he's mentioned in a few articles on the Internet including this one from 2016.

I took my pic before starting a walk on both the outer and inner perimeter of St. Stephen's Green Park, when I came back to here, my starting point, he was gone and most of the pigeons were in a tree at the entrance to the park.
