Yesterday

Sorry. But kept the mobile firmly switched off. So no photos taken. This one is from yesterday, a snap of the beach-bar. On the beach under the West Cliff Lift. There are going to be 4 of these this year. Magaluf eat your heart out :(

I expect they’ll be loved by visitors, and youngsters here. But for me too much junk food, cocktails, and are unlikely to have Aspalls, or any dry’ish cider.

We had a lovely walk along the clifftop and back through town. Bournemouth is starting to busy up, helped by sunnier days – although still a chill in the air. Had an Aspall cider’* and sweet potato chips at “60 Million Postcards” (*theirs is always the best) , and flat whites at “Bobbys”, the dept store that replaced Debs (better than expected, we’ll be back there). And a quick visit to the ‘Giant’ art gallery on the 3rd for their latest exhibition.

Just prepared aubergine, courgette, onion schnitzels. Mr B fried them for me.

Time to switch off again. Eyes been so much better today. May do the same tomorrow. So comments still off.
