Todmorden Park had a beautiful band stand and I had the pleasure the see and listen to a few Brass Band play. It really did have a community vibe about it. The tunes really pulled on heart strings. 
It's so sad to see it fenced in. 
Yet another tradition gone and soon to be forgotten.
