Diving...

...gulls, though they didn't look like they were coming up with anything to eat. There must have been SOMETHING in the water, though, as they were all diving like crazy. A sunny day with a brisk, cold breeze off the water. Temps in the high 40's F, and I know I'm getting old when I'm in a winter coat and the young people are jogging in shorts and a t-shirt!  :)
