A dull, cold and very breezy day…my quick walk this afternoon could best be described as bracing! Now at 6pm the sun is shining. Only added 2.5 miles to my tally but may head out again once I’ve eaten.

I got good news at the weekend when my MRI result came back…the tumour has only increased in size by 1mm in 2 directions, so considerably less than last years doubling in size. I was very surprised given the stress of the last 12 months but I must be doing something right to keep it in check!
