Peaks and troughs

Busy work day, but I managed to squeeze in Pilates at lunchtime, and also to do a quick tromp round the block to collect some antibiotics from the pharmacy for Tim.  He was feeling rougher again today - definitely a chest infection - so he called the docs, and they sent the prescription straight over to the pharmacy for him.
