Cherries

A nearby street is lined with cherry trees. It’s a local landmark this time of year.
Dear daughter visited. We walked and talked in the park and watched a film.
I’ve been painting table labels for a refugee fundraising dinner. The painting part is no trouble, but getting the letters the right size and placed correctly isn’t so easy. If only I were more mathematically minded … and of course I want each label to be a bit different from the others. It’s a pleasant challenge.
The extra shows daughter with a sculpture that she says has always reminded her of her father.
