Cooking

First visit to the regional open air museum this year. It’s always interesting to see and reflect how the country people used to live and work in the past centuries in our region. This kitchen is part of a farm house that was built in 1551 -the oak beams for the wooden frame of this house were felled in 1550.So the house must have been finished a year later. Nine generations of the same family lived in it before it was translocated into the museum.
