Aesculapius

This is the Old Bath Ear and Eye Infirmary which provided medical care between 1837 and 1921. The building was then taken over by Dolman and Sons [Undertakers and Cabinet Makers] who still provide funeral services from here.
The large imposing bust over the doorway is Aesculapius the Greco-Roman God of Medicine.
I bet he has seen a thing or two while he has been up there.
