5:43am...

This morning started nice and early with a 4:00am alarm, out the door at 4:30am, arrive 4:55sm... Ruben and David when for Lillie walk to get Ruben moving and starting to warm up... Training starts at 5:15am... I tried to have a rest in the car but I had a restless leg so in the end I got out of the car and went for a slow walk towards the Brisbane River to see what the sky was doing as Sunrise was coming... This is what I saw, pastel colours and it faded pretty fast, then I went back to my car to rest some more... Ruben returned from training at 6:45am...
