Good News

I was all set to reluctantly post this last night before going to bed as it is very similar to my photo from two days ago, but then I was interrupted by a FaceTime call from our new granddaughter who had just been born, and so didn't post it until this morning.  Whitney Jan arrived last evening weighing in at 7 lb 1 oz and 19.5 inches.  I was so excited, it took me forever to fall asleep.  

I took this during a vigorous walk with my husband, the purpose being exercise and not photography so didn't take any others except this one just  before we started.
