Back in the sunshine

It's good to be back in sunny France for a few weeks.
The mimosa in the foreground is one we planted two years ago and it was only about a foot tall back then. The yellow flowers are now past their best, but still quite pretty - see extra. 
This one is not one of the invasive (and non native) varieties that we have spent many hours pulling up, but I can't remember it's name.
