Didn't get to play with the camera much today, other than some shots of colleagues at our desks. This is Dave.

Diet Log:

Breakfast: Muesli Bars (will get round to making Sharon's suggested recipe soon), yogurt, skinny latte, fruit
Lunch: Leftover HB lamb tagine, banana
Dinner: HB jalfrezi chicken & rice
Snack: Special K bar, weight watchers crisps
