How?

How does this owner fill up with petrol? Not sure I'd like to be behind him in the petrol queue.
It has been known that petrol thieves break open the tank flap and syphon off the fuel. Older cars are easier to steal from because they don't have locking petrol caps. Come to think of it - neither do I !!!
