Blackthorn?

Amongst many other things, Blip is a source of information. From what I learned the other day, this is blackthorn because, unlike hawthorn, its flowers come before the leaves. Whatever it is, it brightened up a dull dog walk down the old railway. 

Hopefully I will be coding productively, if unexcitingly, today.
