Grey Heron

The young one was watching for me again from the dovecote. She flew down to the entrance. The young must be keeping her awake as I got a massive yawn before I started feeding her. As soon as she was finished it was straight back to the nest area. This afternoon I took her up some salmon fillets that were reduced for a quick sale along with a couple of whole sardines. I just chopped the sardines up this time as it made no sense to fillet them. I am going to try her on whitebait tomorrow.
