Light in the Glade

A busy day, including a physical meeting to go through a debrief of the Health Protection Board response to the Covid pandemic.  Some interesting lessons came out of the work, but generally we acknowledged that the multidisciplinary team worked well, mainly because of the can-do attitude of the contributors.

Then in the afternoon it was a complete about face as we started planning visits to homes that are receiving Ukrainian guests as part of the rehoming scheme.  Four inspections planned for tomorrow. More to come next week.  From what we understand we will be meeting some of the people who have been displaced and reached the UK during the visits.
