Fyvie House

Fyvie house was previously a hospital, but was bought in the 1960's as a base For Girl Guiding.

I was there today carrying out a survey, and I was amazed at the architectural detailing of the building. I could feel the history as I went through the building room by room.

I also had the pleasure of surveying the out building which I am told was a stable for the hospital horse as well as being the mortuary!
